Acceptance

By using any Aii products and services provided by AiiWare, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the products or services.

The Software

Aii is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AiiWare provides AI-powered productivity tools and services that may integrate with third-party providers. Features, capabilities, and service offerings may change over time.

Aii CLI Usage Analytics

Telemetry-capable CLI releases enable limited usage analytics by default for eligible use after displaying a notice. Older releases do not upload historical usage. Analytics excludes your prompts, responses, files, command arguments, API keys, and access tokens. The Privacy Policy describes the collected metadata, transient network processing, and retention limits.

You can disable analytics with aii telemetry off or AII_TELEMETRY=off. The OFF command saves your choice first and may attempt one minimal disable-action receipt; repeated OFF and environment OFF do not send receipts. A default setting is distinguished from an explicit preference action. Analytics delivery failures do not prevent use of the CLI.

Aii Cloud Accounts

Aii Cloud (the hosted service at cloud.aiiware.com) requires an account, created via Google or GitHub OAuth sign-in. One account per natural person; you are responsible for keeping your sign-in and any API keys we issue you secure. Free credits and request quotas may be adjusted, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. We may apply per-account, per-IP, or system-wide rate limits without prior notice to protect service availability and operating costs. The free tier carries no uptime, latency, throughput, or availability guarantees — service may be paused, throttled, or temporarily unavailable. Free-tier conversation content may be used to improve AiiWare's services and AI models — see the Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any API keys, credentials, and associated costs you provide
• You are responsible for the content you generate using Aii
• You agree to comply with all applicable third-party provider terms of service
• You will not use Aii for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• You will not access Aii Cloud via automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other non-human means; create multiple accounts to circumvent quotas; or resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit free-tier credits or responses

Limitation of Liability

AiiWare is not liable for any damages arising from the use of Aii, including but not limited to: costs incurred from API usage, data loss, or AI-generated content that is inaccurate or harmful.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Aii after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
